Exciting partnership with Therapy Advertising to run a Chronic Lung Disease / COPD course in 2011

If you specialise in working with clients who have chronic lung conditions please put a date in your diary - Friday 24th June 2011. This multidisciplinary one day conference will review current evidence and treatment options for those with CLD / COPD. It will be particularly applicable to Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy professionals working within acute and chronic medical fields as well as nursing and Allied Health Professionals with exposure to individuals with chronic respiratory disease. Viv is now married!

For those of you who have attended our courses/know us, the very latest news is that Viv got married on Friday! She is now a Smith (!) but will remain a 'Chamberlain' with her OT hat on. So TL has been a little slow of late while preparations were underway but we are now slowly coming back down to earth! We are looking forward to our next course on 30th Sept ... have you booked yet?...

Are you Safeguarding the Children and Adults you work with?

Make sure you are bang up to date. As an independent practitioner you really have to have the latest knowledge and be confident with your policy and procedures. Do you know what to look for? Do you know what you would do? Who you would contact first? There are still places for our course on 8th July. There is a possibility the couse could be amalgamated into just the morning session.
